Memios Inc. ("Memios," "we," "us") runs myMemios, a web app for health and wellness. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, how we protect it, and the choices you have. We treat your information with care. We do not sell it.
What we collect
- Account details: your name, email, phone, time zone, and password.
- Consents: your separate choices to be contacted, to let us collect health data, and to let us share health data.
- Health-related information you give us: goals, activity level, movement limits, dietary needs, weight, sleep, VO2 Max, heart rate variability, how you feel, and what you log.
- Logs and uploads: the workouts, foods, supplements, and medications you record, and any photos you add.
- Purchase information: what you buy and your subscription status. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store your full card number.
- Usage information: how you use the app, your device, and similar technical data.
- Access and security data: we log each time you access the system, including your IP address, approximate location from that IP, device, operating system, browser, app version, sign-in method, and the date and time. We use this to keep your account and our service secure.
How we use it
- To create your account and your plan.
- To run the features you use: logging, goals, reminders, reports, and the catalog.
- To process payments and manage your subscription.
- To set up and connect your account with our care platform, Healthie, when you buy a service.
- To send you reminders and messages you have chosen.
- To improve the app and keep it secure.
- To follow the law.
How we share it
- With service providers who help us run the app (hosting on Google Cloud, payment processing, and email or text delivery), under contracts that protect your information.
- With Healthie, our care platform, to set up and support your care, when you choose a service.
- With our customer system (HubSpot) to manage our relationship with you. We limit what health data, if any, goes here.
- If the law requires it, or to protect people and our rights.
- We do not sell your personal or health information, and we do not share your health data without your separate consent.
How we protect it
- We encrypt information in transit and at rest.
- We limit who can see your information and keep an audit trail of access to health data.
- We use secure sign-in, automatic sign-out, and protections against unauthorized access.
- We apply HIPAA-grade safeguards to health data even where HIPAA does not yet apply.
How long we keep it
We keep your information while your account is active and as needed to provide the app, meet legal and tax duties, and resolve disputes. We delete or de-identify health data within [confirm, for example 90 days] of a valid deletion request, except records we must keep by law. Backups are purged on a rolling [confirm] schedule.
Your choices and rights
- See, correct, or download your information.
- Delete your account and ask us to delete your information.
- Withdraw any consent at any time.
- Turn reminders and marketing messages on or off.
To make a request, use the app or contact privacy@memios.ai. We respond within the time the law requires.
Children
myMemios is for adults 18 and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children through the app. Where a parent buys Reclaim for Kids services, that care is handled in Healthie under its terms.
Changes
We may update this policy. We will post the new date and, for major changes, tell you in the app or by email.
